Hi! I'm Monica. I graduated from the University of California Irvine in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Spanish. I currently work in a hospital lab and was recently accepted to medical school. I was regularly on the Dean's List during college .
Experience
I tutored throughout high school and college. I studied abroad in Madrid and grew up in a Spanish speaking household. Since I work in a hospital, I'm constantly exposed to new treatments and advances in the field. I love science and medicine I love being a tutor because I like to see things "click" with students. I was recently a student and will become a student again in the future soon. So I am definitely in tune with the changes in education and remember what it is like to have all the information in front of you, attend class, pay attention, work hard and still not be doing well or still not get it. I would love to help you change that!
